The Mannequins were created in 2021.
I set out to design a character that was completely empty. A figure with no predefined meaning, no identity, no purpose. Something hollow, where meaning is not given, but built over time.
I use the mannequins as a medium to express my ideas. In the same way a fashion designer communicates through garments, I use these figures to shape both the concept and the clothing itself.
They are not just visual elements. They are tools for communication.
I do not see a difference between humans and mannequins.
When people have no role or direction, they become like display figures left in storage, waiting for someone to assign them meaning.
Life becomes clearer and more powerful when there is purpose.
Creux Mannequins, launching this year, is built on this idea.
The name comes from the French word creux, meaning hollow or empty.

Statutory cancellation rights
For eligible distance-sale purchases by consumers in Israel, a consumer may generally cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods or the document containing the legally required transaction details, whichever is later, subject to statutory exceptions. Where Israeli law grants an extended cancellation period to a qualifying consumer, that longer period applies subject to its legal conditions. Mandatory consumer rights in other applicable jurisdictions, including any applicable cooling-off rights, remain unaffected.
How to notify us
To cancel, send a clear notice identifying the order and your decision by email to fuckyoujozef@gmail.com, by phone at +972-52-553-6669, by post to 70 HaAlon Street, Kfar Truman, Israel, or through the designated online cancellation link on our website. You may also contact us through the Contact Us page or our official social media accounts; these additional channels do not replace any cancellation channel required by law. Please provide your name and order number or other details sufficient to identify the transaction. You do not need to obtain our prior approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
Cancellation before dispatch
If your cancellation notice reaches us before the order is handed to the carrier, we will refund the full amount paid for that order, including shipping, without cancellation fees. If the notice reaches us after dispatch, statutory cancellation and return rules apply.
Returns following a lawful cancellation
For cancellation due to a change of mind concerning conforming goods, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law. Return address: 70 HaAlon Street, Kfar Truman, Israel. For qualifying Israeli distance-sale cancellations, we will refund amounts required by law within 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice and will not charge cancellation fees. Refunds will be made through the original payment method where practicable, or another lawful method. Where applicable law requires reimbursement of the original standard delivery charge, it will be included. The customer must return the goods as required by applicable law; contacting us for shipping instructions is recommended but is not a prerequisite for valid statutory cancellation.
Voluntary size exchanges
Separately from statutory rights, we offer requests for size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock. For this voluntary service, the item must be unwashed, undamaged and unworn except for reasonable fitting, with original tags attached. The customer pays the shipping cost of returning the item and delivering the replacement. These voluntary exchange conditions do not restrict any legal right to cancel or any remedy for defective or incorrect goods.
Defective, incorrect or nonconforming goods
If an item is defective, differs from the order or otherwise fails to conform to applicable law, contact us. We will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law, without charging costs that the law places on us. Where legally required, we will arrange or cover the return of such goods.
Additional protections
A sale price, limited-edition release or selection of a standard size does not, by itself, eliminate statutory cancellation rights. Not collecting a parcel does not automatically constitute a cancellation notice. We will not replace a legally required monetary refund with store credit without a lawful basis. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory rights.

זכויות ביטול על פי דין
בעסקאות מכר מרחוק הזכאיות לביטול על ידי צרכנים בישראל, צרכן רשאי בדרך כלל לבטל בתוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצרים או מקבלת המסמך הכולל את פרטי העסקה הנדרשים על פי דין, לפי המאוחר, בכפוף לחריגים הקבועים בחוק. כאשר הדין הישראלי מעניק תקופת ביטול ארוכה יותר לצרכן הזכאי לכך, תחול התקופה הארוכה בכפוף לתנאיה החוקיים. זכויות צרכניות מחייבות בתחומי שיפוט אחרים, לרבות זכויות חרטה החלות בהם, אינן נפגעות.

ביטול לפני משלוח
אם הודעת הביטול הגיעה אלינו לפני מסירת ההזמנה לחברת השילוח, נחזיר את מלוא הסכום ששולם עבור אותה הזמנה, לרבות דמי המשלוח, ללא דמי ביטול. אם ההודעה הגיעה לאחר מסירת ההזמנה לחברת השילוח, יחולו כללי הביטול וההחזרה הקבועים בדין.
החזרות בעקבות ביטול כדין

בנפרד מהזכויות הקבועות בחוק, אנו מאפשרים להגיש בקשה להחלפת מידה בתוך 14 ימים ממועד המסירה, בכפוף לזמינות המלאי. לצורך שירות זה, על המוצר להיות לא מכובס, לא פגום ולא לבוש, למעט מדידה סבירה, עם התוויות המקוריות מחוברות. הלקוח משלם הן את עלות משלוח ההחזרה והן את עלות משלוח המוצר החלופי. תנאי החלפה מרצון אלה אינם מגבילים זכות ביטול על פי דין או סעד בגין מוצר פגום או שגוי.
מוצרים פגומים, שגויים או לא תואמים
אם מוצר פגום, שונה מהמוזמן או אינו עומד בדרישות הדין החל, פנו אלינו. נספק תיקון, החלפה, החזר כספי או סעד אחר שהדין מחייב, מבלי לגבות עלויות שעל פי הדין מוטלות עלינו. ככל שהדין מחייב זאת, נתאם או נממן את החזרת המוצרים האמורים.
הגנות נוספות
מחיר מבצע, מהדורה מוגבלת או בחירת מידה סטנדרטית אינם שוללים כשלעצמם זכויות ביטול הקבועות בחוק. אי־איסוף חבילה אינו מהווה אוטומטית הודעת ביטול. לא נחליף החזר כספי הנדרש על פי דין בזיכוי לחנות ללא בסיס חוקי. אין במדיניות זו כדי להגביל זכויות מחייבות.
